Former President and CEO of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation, Mr. Mason has spent many successful years in the public and private financial arenas. Mr. Mason is President and CEO of Waterfront Capital Corporation and President, Director and sole shareholder of Criterion Capital Corporation ( a private investment and financial consulting company).

President: Mr. Ronald A. Coombes
Mr. Coombes is a businessman who founded International Bethlehem Mining Corp. in 1995. Mr. Coombes is an experienced entrepreneur and fundraiser and has been involved in mineral exploration and junior exploration company management for the past 10 years. Mr. Coombes is the current President of International Bethlehem Mining Corp. and Venturex Explorations Inc.

Chief Financial Officer - Director: Mr. Sead Hamzagic, CGA
Mr. Hamzagic has over 10 years of public accounting practice experience and 13 years of experience in financial management matters. Mr. Hamzagic has held a number of senior management positions in a variety of businesses and industries. Most recently Mr. Hamzagic was the Vice President of Finance for a large group of privately held companies that were involved in property development and management. Mr. Hamzagic is a member in good standing with the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia.

Director: Mr. Bruce E. Morley, LLB, BComm:
Mr. Morley has extensive experience in assisting public companies with legal and business matters. Mr. Morley is currently a director of Waterfront Capital Corp, Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc and Venturex Explorations Inc. Mr. Morley has been a practicing lawyer and a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia since 1981. Prior to that, Mr. Morley received a bachelor of commerce degree with specialties in finance and real estate.

Director: Benjamin Ainsworth, MA, PEng
Mr. Ainsworth is a senior Geologist and mining consultant who has been involved in the mining industry for over thirty-five years. He graduated in 1963 with an honors degree in Geology from Oxford University in England. He joined Placer Development in 1965 and held positions of Senior Geologist, Chief Geochemist, Exploration Manager -- Eastern Canada, Exploration Manager - Chile, and President - Placer Chile, South America. Throughout the 70's, Mr. Ainsworth was involved in the design, budgeting and implementation of exploration programs that included large and small drill programs, geophysical surveys, geological mapping, geochemical surveys, and a full range of project evaluation studies. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Colombia and is a Canadian citizen by naturalization.

Exploration Manager & Qualified Person (Q.P.): Mr. Robert Middleton, P.Eng., Geophysicist
Mr. Middleton graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Geophysics. He worked with the Ontario Department of Mines from 1969-1971 as their first staff geophysicist. From 1971-1974, he was employed as Manager of Airborne Operations by Barringer Research Limited. He was Exploration Manager and V.P. of Exploration for Rosario Resources from 1974-1980. He then moved to Newmont of Canada where he was Exploration Manager for Eastern Canada. Since 1983 to the present, he has been an exploration consultant to many major and junior mining companies.
