West Vancouver, British Columbia – May 27, 2008 – Venturex Explorations Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, the Company has entered into an agreement dated May 14, 2008 (the “Agreement”) with Terry Christopher of Bedford, Nova Scotia (the “Vendor”) to acquire a 100% interest in a mineral claim, consisting of 171 units, located in Labrador.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Vendor is entitled to receive $15,390 and 300,000 shares of the Company. Additionally, the Vendor has retained a 3% NSR Royalty (2% of which can be purchased by the Company for $2,000,000 and the remaining 1% of the Royalty can be purchased by the Company for $1,500,000).
The Company has also staked some additional property which is adjacent to the claims acquired from the Vendor.
