Name Change and Share Consolidation

West Vancouver, British Columbia – Black Panther Mining Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name from “Venturex Explorations Inc.” to “Black Panther Mining Corp.” The trading symbol for the Company will be changed to “BPC” effective as of the opening of the market today. In connection with this change of name, the Company also announces that it has consolidated its share capital on a 10 old shares for 1 new share basis. Following the share consolidation the Company has 6,110,255 common shares outstanding. The Company’s management believes that the share consolidation will assist the Company in attracting investors and raising funds in the future.
