PROPERTY UPDATES
WEST VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – June 28, 2006 - Consolidated Venturex Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) has decided not to pursue further explorations of the Hebner Lake Property located in Northern Manitoba with Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc. As a result, effective May 15, 2006, the Company’s option interest in the Hebner Lake Property expired.
The Company is in the business of exploration and development of natural resource properties.
